Marketing Tools
Local Lead Feed includes Lead Pages for social bios and posts (no website required), plus Hub forms, a floating call button, QR codes, referral links, and review requests — all feeding the same lead inbox.
Connect your site once — or share Lead Pages with no website required — then run social lead forms, Hub forms, a call button, QR codes, referrals, and Google review requests from the Hub.
Connect once. Run your marketing from the Hub.
Most home service businesses stitch together form plugins, call widgets, QR tools, and review apps — then wonder why it’s hard to know where leads came from and who to call next. Local Lead Feed puts those tools in one place. Use a single website connection for on-site tools, or share Lead Pages when you need a link for social without touching your site.
Lead Pages — social media lead forms
Create a hosted mobile lead form with a shareable vanity link for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other social bios and posts. Visitors open the link, fill out the form on their phone, and land in your Hub inbox as a Lead Page source — no website required. Use Lead Pages when you’re promoting on social, running ads to a simple form, or collecting inquiries before a full site is ready.
Website connection
Add Local Lead Feed to your site once (your web person pastes a short code). That connection powers Hub forms, the call button, and referral landing pages. Set up the connection under Works with; day-to-day tools live under Marketing.
Web Forms — on the page or as a popup
Build forms in the Hub with the fields you need. Choose on-page or popup, add each form to your site, and submissions become leads with source info when available. Use Hub forms on any website.
Click-to-call button
Add a floating call button so visitors can dial in one tap. Point it at a call-tracking number or your usual business line, and choose desktop or mobile visibility. Tracking numbers help connect website calls back to lead and call history.
QR codes that show where scans came from
Create phone or website QR codes as downloadable images for trucks, yard signs, and print. Add campaign labels to landing links, see scan counts, and share short links. Leads from those visits show up clearly in source reports.
Customer referrals
Create unique referral links from a customer’s lead record. When someone uses that link and becomes a lead, you see who referred them. Referrals move Pending → Qualified (when the referred job hits Work Complete) → Rewarded after your team sends the thank-you outside the app. Local Lead Feed tracks status — it does not pay rewards automatically.
Review requests after work is done
When a lead reaches Work Complete, Local Lead Feed can email a Google review ask after a delay you choose. Set the message and your Google Business Profile link under Marketing or Settings. Pair this with referrals so finished jobs feed both reputation and new customers.
